The Superfloc A110 PWG is an anionic polyelectrolyte powder high molecular weight and average load that works effectively as an adjunct of coagulation and flocculation processes in liquid-solid separation.
The anionic polyelectrolyte are recommended for the following processes of liquid-solid separation:
. Mechanical dewatering – inorganic sludge treatment: higher solids recovery and better effluent quality.
. Sedimentation by gravity – increases the formation of flakes to obtain higher rates of sedimentation that leads to an increase in compaction of the sludge and improve water quality.
. Supporting coagulation – sedimentation helps in inorganic and organic coagulants.
. Water clarification – improves water quality by reducing suspended solids and turbidity.
. Flotation by dissolved air – provides a more accurate and downward flow of greater flow.
. Filtration – improves the quality and flow of filtered water.
. Removal of phosphate in wastewater treatment.
Economic use – effective at low dosages.
Works in a wide range of pH and does not alter the pH of the system.
Reduces the use of inorganic salts.
High removal efficiency of solids.
Easily soluble in water.
